This menu option is accessed by selecting the Devices option from the TouchMini menu in Venue Manager. Refer to How To Access The Configuration Menus for more information.

What Is It Used For?
Used to configure devices for TouchMini, as well as view the current licensing information.

Grid
The grid displays a list of the devices currently available, along with the following:

Default Device
This is by default always listed and once configured, it can then be cloned to the other devices registered in the same Location. The following is listed along with the default device.
- Default Configuration – Select to configure/view the settings for the current Default Device configuration.
Registered Devices
All the TouchMini devices currently registered for the Venue’s selected Location are listed under the Default Device. These can include one of the following types:
- All In One Device
- Tablet/Mobile
- Kiosk
The following is listed along with each Registered device listed:
- Back Office Terminal ID – Displays the Back Office Terminal ID assigned to the Device. A Terminal ID is assigned when the Device is enabled. Refer to How To Enable A Device for more information.

If a device is listed with NO Terminal ID displayed, the device will need to be Re-Enabled to ensure a Back Office Terminal ID is assigned to it. Refer to How To Re-Enable A Device for more information.
- Name – Displays the current name given to the device. Select the name to access/view the current setting for the device.

Only devices that are enabled can be selected and configured.
- Registration Number – Displays the registration number currently assigned to the device. This maybe useful information that maybe requested when resolving/troubleshooting any issues. Refer to How To Register A Device for more information.
- Emulate – To be continued …
- Delete – Select to delete the selected device. Once deleted the device will no longer be registered and the license it used will be available to register another device. Refer to How To Register A Device for more information.
- Enable/Disable – Select to either enable/disable the device. Refer to How To Enable/Disable A Device for more information.
License Information
- Customer Name – Displays the Company Name and Customer Number of the Venue’s current SwiftPOS Registration.
- Expires – Displays the expiry date of the current TouchMini licenses.
- Licenses – Displays the total number of TouchMini licenses the Venue is currently licensed for.
- Customer Devices Registered – Displays the total number of TouchMini device licenses that are currently registered. That is the number of devices listed in grid above.
- Total In Use By XXXXXXXXXXXX (YYYYYY) – Displays the total number of TouchMini device licenses that are currently in use by the Venue, in the form XXXXXXXXXXXX (YYYYYY), where , where XXXXXXXXXXXX is the name of the Venue’s Cloud Client and YYYYYY is the Cloud Client ID.
- Total Available – Displays the total number of TouchMini device licenses that are currently available for use. That is, the number available for devices to be registered.
