This outlines how to access the configuration menus in OrderAway, TouchMini and Venue Hub.
SwiftPOS Back Office integrates with the Venue Manager tool offering Venues the ability to manage and configure their OrderAway and TouchMini web-based platforms in support of both remote and in-Venue ordering.

OrderAway
Access to the OrderAway configuration menus is accessed via Venue Manager OR via the SwiftPOS Back Office > Administration > Cloud Connectivity > Locations tab – By selecting the Cloud Client ID button that has a Cloud Client ID value displayed opposite the required Location.
Once selected the OrderAway menu will be presented with the Settings menu option selected by default, providing access to the OrderAway configuration menus. Further menu options can be accessed such as, Payments, Trading Periods and Venue Hub.

TouchMini
Access to the TouchMini configuration menus is accessed via Venue Manager OR via the SwiftPOS Back Office > Administration > Cloud Connectivity > Locations tab – By selecting the Cloud Client ID button that has a Cloud Client ID value displayed opposite the required Location.
Then select the Devices menu option from the TouchMini menu. Once selected the TouchMini Devices menu will be displayed listing Devices and License Information.

Venue Hub
Access to all the Venue Hub related configuration menus is via Venue Manager and can be accessed either from SwiftPOS Back Office or from a Web Browser. Refer to How To Access Venue Manager for more information.
