When Is It Used?
Used when Venues want to offer patrons the ability to pickup their Orders/Purchases from the Venue itself.

- Improved offering for patrons when placing Orders/Sales.
To Be Considered
- When a Venue wishes to notify patrons that their Orders/Purchases can be picked up at various locations within the Venue, then refer to OrderAway’s Confirmation tab to configure confirmations specific to a OrderAway Location.
How To Configure Pickup?
To make use of the Order Again feature, Venues will need to:
- Ensure the Pickup option option is selected in the Service tab.
How Is It Used?
In OrderAway, do as follows:
- Place an Order/Sale and then proceed to checkout.
- Select either the Pickup option.
- If Schedule Orders is configured, select the Later option to schedule pickup for a time in the future. Refer to How To Schedule Orders for more information.
