This outlines How To Transfer TouchMini devices that are currently locked to one or more Event Areas (Suites) between Locations.

To Be Considered
- This menu option DOES NOT support the transfer of TouchMini devices (between Locations) that are locked to one or more Event Areas (Suites).
What is Required?
- The device must be registered and enabled within a Location.
- More than one Location must be activated within the Venue.
How To Transfer A Device Locked To An Event Area between Locations?
- Reset the device. Refer To How To Reset A Device for more information.
- When the screen requesting the entry of a Venue Id and Device Name is displayed.
- Enter the Cloud Client ID of the SwiftPOS Location to which the device is to be transferred to, in the Venue Id field.
- In the Device Name field, enter an appropriate name for the device.
- Select the Request button. The following screen will be displayed:
- Enable and configure the device. Refer to How To Enable A Device and How To Configure A Device for more information.
- Select the Home button on the device. The Layout configured in the POS tab should now be displayed.
- The device should now be available to operate in the new Location. Refer to How To Use TouchMini For The First Time for more information.
- If required, lock the device to the appropriate Event Areas. Refer to How To Lock A Terminal To An Event Area for more information.
