Venue Hub - How To
This outlines How To Configure A Vendor for Venue Hub in Orderaway.
Venue Hub offers patrons of an event Enterprise/Venue (Host Venue) the ability to access the menus of multiple Vendors and place Orders from anyone of them.

How To Configure A Vendor? ▲ ▼
In:
Swiftpos ▲ ▼
In Swiftpos ensure the following has been configured:
- A Location has been created for the Vendor and the Location:
- Is in the same Location Group (Venue) as the Location of the Venue Hub.
- Has been activated.
- Has been configured for Orderaway.
- The Vendor's Products that will be available for patrons to order, have been configured and are active in the Location created above.
Venue Manager ▲ ▼
In Venue Manager (refer HERE for more information), ensure the following has been configured:
- The Vendor's Cloud Client ID is selected.
- In the System menu:
- Select the Enterprise Config menu option:
- Ensure the Enterprise option is NOT selected.
- Ensure the Enterprise Club's setting has the Venue Hub's Client Cloud ID selected.
- Select the Enterprise Config menu option:
- In the Orderaway menu:
- Select the Venue Hub menu option:
- In the General tab, ensure the Enable Venue Hub option is selected.
- Ensure the Branding tab is configured appropriately. The selection of a Header Background Image at the very least would be recommended.
