This issue may arise as a result of one of the following:
- When an attempt is made to update Cloud Sync from Touch by selecting the Run Console option in Table Tracking.
Action To Be Taken ▲ ▼
- Cloud Onboard and select reupload (or rename the folder)
- Stop the Cloud Sync service.
- Restart Back Office.
- Start the Cloud Sync service.
- Open Touch.
- Reactivate the Location.
- Send a full update to Touch.
