- It is automatically installed during the Cloud Onboarding process.
- If the CS service indicator in the Information bar in the bottom right of the Back Office main menu is not displayed, then the Cloud Onboarding process will need to be executed.

Used when a Venue's Swiftpos Back Office needs to communicate with Swiftpos Cloud applications like Orderaway, Touchmini, etc.
