How To View A Customer's/Member's Notes? ▲ ▼
In Touch a Customer's/Member's Internal Notes can be viewed as follows:
- Add a Customer/Member, that has Internal Notes recorded, to an order/sale.
- Select the Account Status (#104) POS Key to open the Account Status screen and then select the View Notes option.
OR - Ensure the Popup Member Internal Notes when customer is added to sale option is selected in the Misc tab of the Customers screen. This will ensure the Customer's/Member's Internal Notes will be displayed in a popup when added the Customer/Member is added to an order/sale.
