- Firstly, configure the graphical receipt, to ensure it includes the field {HOLD ID}.
- Consider making use of the HOLD conditional option, to ensure lines are only printed when it is a held order/sale.
- Use either the Set as Normal Barcode or the Set as 2D Barcode option to ensure a barcode is printed.
- Ensure the Print guest bill when sale is held option is selected against the Hold/Recall Sale (#20) POS Key.
- Add a new card mark to a Keyboard Input Device.
- 45XXXXXXXXXXXXX - (Thas is, 45 followed by 13 X's).
- Ensure the Hold/Recall Sale option is selected as the Card Type.
