Touch - How To

This outlines How To Lookup A Voucher using the Email Receipt / Vouchers (#125) POS Key in Touch.

 

How To?      

Firstly, do as follows:

  • Review About and ensure the steps outlined HERE are addressed.

In Touch, to email receipts and/or vouchers, do as follows:

  • With the Prompt for eMail Address option selected:
    • Add items/products to the sales grid.
    • Select the Email Receipt/Vouchers (#125) POS Key.
    • A prompt will be displayed, requesting the entry of an email address.
    • Enter the email address and select Done.
    • Complete the order/sale.
    • The receipt/voucher will be emailed.
  • With the Always Use This eMail Address option selected:
    • Add items/products to the sales grid.
    • Select the Email Receipt/Vouchers (#125) POS Key.
    • Complete the order/sale.
    • The receipt/voucher will be emailed.
  • With the Use This eMail Address if Member Has None option selected:
    • Add a Customer/Member to the sales grid.
    • Add items/products to the sales grid.
    • Select the Email Receipt/Vouchers (#125) POS Key.
    • Complete the order/sale.
    • The receipt/voucher will be emailed to the either the Customer's/Member's email address or the email address configured HERE, if the Customer/Member does not have an email address.
