This outlines How To Use Table Service in Touchmini.

What Is Not Supported? ▲ ▼
- Table bill splitting as can be done in Touch, is not supported. It will not provide any information in regard to how a Table bill was split in Touch. That is, what items have been paid for and what items are still owing. It will however, return the remaining balance once a Table bill has been split in Touch.

- Swiftpos v10.74.9+
- To enable this feature, do as follows:
- Ensure the Table service option is selected from the What service are you offering? drop-down list to display the Table Service configuration options available. Configure these as is required.
When Is It Used? ▲ ▼
Used when a TouchMini device is to be used in a Location of a Venue that has Table service. Allows Touchmini operators to quickly identify Tables that are available and/or seated in the Location, as well as selecting a table to take an Order/Sale.
How To? ▲ ▼
How To Use Table Service? ▲ ▼
Do as follows:
- Select the Table icon at the top of the screen.
- Once selected, a Tables screen will be displayed.

An example of the Tables screen displayed in Touchmini when Table service option has been selected.
- Select either:
- A seated Table (any one of the Tables depicted in orange) to add Items to an existing Table Order.
- Or an available Table (any one of the Tables depicted in grey) to take a Table Order for the first time and flag the Table as seated.
- Once selected the Home menu will be displayed to facilitate the taking of the Table Order.
- The Table currently selected will be depicted in green and the Table number will appear to the left of the Table icon at the top of the Tables screen.
