This outlines the How To Send A Full Update To Touch Terminals.

What Is It? ▲ ▼
A full update will contain, amongst other things, the most recent changes to Happy Hours, Keyboards, Layouts, POS Keys, Prices, Promotions/Specials, Schedules, etc.
What Is Required? ▲ ▼
- A Keyboard must already exist.
When Is It Used? ▲ ▼
Used to send a full update to one or more selected Touch terminals.
How To? ▲ ▼
How To Send A Full Update To Touch Terminals? ▲ ▼
In Back Office, do as follows:
-
Select the Touch POS Terminals option in the Touch Settings menu, to open the Touch POS Terminals screen.
- A full update can be sent to:
- An Individual Terminal - Right click on the terminal (row) in the grid from the available terminals listed and select the Send full update option from the Terminal Options pop-up menu.
- Multiple Terminals - Select the terminals (rows) in the grid from the available terminals listed, that require the update. To select multiple rows in the grid, select the rows while holding down the Ctrl key. Select the Full Update option in the footer.
- Once completed, a prompt will be displayed confirming the update has been sent. For example:

- Select OK to exit the prompt.
