This provides an overview of the Set Default Available Servings (#71) POS Key. This POS Key is used in conjunction with the Reset All Available Servings (#69) POS Key.

When Is It Used? ▲ ▼
Used to set the default available servings for an item/product. For example, when 25 portions of the Fish of the Day (main meal) are prepared and served each day, then the default available servings count for that item/product would be set to 25. Refer HERE for more information.
How To GET STARTED? ▲ ▼
- Review About and ensure the steps outlined HERE are addressed.
- In Keyboard Designer, select the Set Default Available Servings (#71) POS Key that has been added to a Layout.
- Ensure it is given an appropriate Caption. For example, Set Default Available Servings.
- Once configured, ensure a Full Update is sent to all the Touch terminals that will be using the POS Key. Refer HERE for more information.
