Used sell Raffle tickets to patrons who would like to partake in a Raffle draw.

How To GET STARTED?      

  • Review About and ensure the steps outlined HERE are addressed.
  • In Keyboard Designer, select the Raffle Ticket (#90) POS Key that has been added to a Layout.
  • Ensure it is given an appropriate Caption. For example, Raffle Ticket.
  • Select the More Settings option to display the Settings screen.
  • Once configured, ensure a Full Update is sent to all the Touch terminals that will be using the POS Key. Refer HERE for more information.

To access, select the More Settings option in Keyboard Designer. Used to configure the settings for the Raffle Ticket (#90) POS Key.

 

  • Raffle Ticket - Select to from the drop down list of Raffles available. The list is populated by creating Raffles in the Swiftpos Back Office here.
  • Qty To Sell - Set the number of Raffle Tickets to be sold in each sale.
  • Prompt for information - Select to ensure that when this POS Key is selected in Touch the Clerk/Staff Member will be prompted to optionally enter reference details, for example a contact number of the Customer/Member that purchased the ticket. Reference details that are entered can also be printed on the Raffle ticket. This can be done by ensuring the item {TICKET COMMENT} is added to the ticket design in Edit Raffle Ticket Design screen.
