This outlines How To Refund Membership Fees using the Reverse Transaction (#516) POS Key in Touch.
Notes ...
This processes ONLY reverses the original transaction and DOES NOT change the Members renewal date, this will need to be done manually.
How To Refund Membership Fees? ▲ ▼
In Touch, do as follows:
- Select the Reverse Transaction (#516) POS Key to open the Transactions screen.
- Locate and select the Receipt Membership Fee transaction required to be refunded.
- Select the Reverse Transaction option.
In Back Office, do as follows:
- Correct the Member's Renewal Date.
