This outlines the How To Edit/View Customer/Member Details in Touch.

 

How To Edit/View Customer/Member Details?      

Do as follows:

  • In Back Office:
    • Ensure the Edit Customer Details (#60) POS Key is added to the appropriate Keyboard Layout using the Designer. Refer HERE for more information.
    • Ensure a Full Update is sent to the required Touch terminals that will be making use of the POS Key. Refer HERE for more information.
  • In Touch:
    • Apply the update. Refer HERE for more information.
    • Select the Edit Customer Details (#60) POS Key to open the Customer Details screen.
      • Edit the details as is appropriate to ensure the necessary changes are made.
      • Confirm with the details entered are correct and accurate.
      • Select the Done option to save the changes and exit the screen.
      • The Customer's/Member's details will be updated in Swiftpos Back Office.
  • In Back Office:
    • Navigate to the Member Records screen and
    • Locate and select the Customer/Member edited above.
    • Confirm the details are correct and accurate. Refer HERE for more information.
