This outlines the How To Edit/View Customer/Member Details in Touch.
How To Edit/View Customer/Member Details? ▲ ▼
Do as follows:
- In Back Office:
- Ensure the Edit Customer Details (#60) POS Key is added to the appropriate Keyboard Layout using the Designer. Refer HERE for more information.
- Ensure a Full Update is sent to the required Touch terminals that will be making use of the POS Key. Refer HERE for more information.
- In Touch:
- Apply the update. Refer HERE for more information.
- Select the Edit Customer Details (#60) POS Key to open the Customer Details screen.
- Edit the details as is appropriate to ensure the necessary changes are made.
- Confirm with the details entered are correct and accurate.
- Select the Done option to save the changes and exit the screen.
- The Customer's/Member's details will be updated in Swiftpos Back Office.
- In Back Office:
- Navigate to the Member Records screen and
- Locate and select the Customer/Member edited above.
- Confirm the details are correct and accurate. Refer HERE for more information.
