How To GET STARTED?      

To configure Swiftpos for prompting donations, do as follows:

In Back Office:

  • Navigate to the Location Group Edit screen and select the Donations option to open the Donations screen.
  • Ensure the Donation Prompt Enabled option is selected.
  • Select the select option opposite the Donation PLU and locate and select the PLU to be assigned to donations.
  • Select from the Rounding drop-down list the rounding value to be applied when calculating the value of the donation to be prompted.
  • Enter a prompt in the Message field that Clerks/Staff and patrons will see when prompted for a donation.
  • If a Customer Facing Display is in use and donation prompting is required to display on it, then ensure the Display on CFD option is enabled.
