The Swiftpos Thirsty Camel Hump Club interface is a NetPOS interface that supports the Thirsty Camel Hump Club loyalty program that offers it's members the following benefits:
- Weekly discount offers.
- Exclusive competitions.
- Birthday rewards.
- Weekly specials & notifications.
- Loyalty rewards* on every dollar spent *participating stores only.
What Is Not Supported? ▲ ▼
- With the release of Swiftpos v10.77+ the following is also NOT supported:
- Conflicting Hump Club offers. That is, where the same item is available in multiple Hump Club “Multi buy”, “Fixed Price”, “Item Fixed” and “Item Percentage” offers.
- Once an offer is redeemed by a Thirsty Camel Hump Club member, it will no longer be available to the same member again.

- With the release of Swiftpos v10.77+ the following is also required:
- Also, the ID of an active Media must be entered in the Apply Discount To Media field in the NetPOS Settings screen. Ensure the Media GST Exempt setting for the Media entered, is configured as per the site’s GST requirements. For example, setting a media as GST Exempt will cause the GST to be calculated on the net sale. That is, after the Hump Club discount has been applied.

What Is Supported? ▲ ▼
- With the release of Swiftpos v10.77+ the following is also supported:
- The selection of multiple Hump Club offers per sale.
- A single offer can automatically be redeemed multiple times up to the maxRedemptionsPerTransactiovalue based on the items in the basket.
- The redemption of only one Hump Club “Sale Fixed” offer per sale
- The redemption of only one Hump Club “Sale Percentage” offer per sale.
- The redemption of a multiple of different Hump Club “Sale Fixed” and/or “Sale Percentage” offers per sale.
- A Hump Club “Sale Fixed” offer can only be redeemed if the remaining net value in the sale is greater than or equal to the:
- “minimum spend” of the offer and the “discount” amount of the offer.
- A Hump Club “Sale Fixed” offer can only be redeemed if the remaining net value in the sale is greater than or equal to the:
- “minimum spend” of the offer and the “discount” amount of the offer.
- The following offer types are supported:

What To Consider? ▲ ▼
- Hump Club have advised that “Fixed Price”, “Item Fixed” and “Item Percentage” offers are not generally used.

Hump Club “Sale Fixed” and “Sale Percentage” offers will “stack” with Swiftpos discounts (including Swiftpos Mix and Match). Other Hump Club offer types will not stack with Swiftpos discounts (the Hump Club offer will take precedence). That is, a Hump Club “Multi buy”, “Fixed Price”, “Item Fixed”, “Item Percentage”. Hence Hump Club “Sale Fixed” and “Sale Percentage” offers will always be applied to the ID of the Media that has been configured HERE.
- From a reporting perspective, a Venue may want to consider configuring a Media to be specifically applied to the Discounts offered by the Thirsty Camel Hump Club. Refer HERE for more information.

Any Swiftpos Venue that wants to integrate Thirsty Camel Hump Club and offer their patrons access to Thirsty Camel Hump Club loyalty rewards program.

How To GET STARTED? ▲ ▼
- Configure NetPOS?
- Configure Touch?
- Once implemented and configured Thirsty Camel Hump Club loyalty rewards can be used in a Venue.
Once the above requirements have been met, then the Thirsty Camel Hump Club settings will need to be configured. To do this access the Thirsty Camel Hump Club settings screen in NetPOS via the NetPOS Menu.
Once the Thirsty Camel Hump Club settings screen is displayed, configure it as is appropriate.
To access, refer HERE for more information. This screen is used to configure the settings required to implement the Thirsty Camel Hump Club.
- Access Code - Default is blank. Displays/Enter the Access Code that must match the same Access Code configured at the Swiftpos Touch terminal. This is not mandatory, but does provide an additional level of security.
- URL - Displays/Enter the URL provided by Thirsty Camel Hump Club.
- Store Code - Displays/Enter the Store Code provided by Thirsty Camel Hump Club.
- Apply Discount to Media - Displays/Enter the ID of an active Media that has been configured in Back Office to capture Thirsty Camel Hump Club Discounts.
Touch will need to be configured to ensure Thirsty Camel Hump Club loyalty benefits can accessed and passed on to patrons. To do this:
- Ensure the following POS Keys are added to the appropriate Keyboard Layout via the Designer:
- Customer (#102)
- Ensure it is given an appropriate Caption. For example, Thirsty Camel Hump Club Member.
- Ensure this POS Key has the Thirsty Camel Hump Club interface selected in the Settings accessed via the More Settings option in Keyboard Designer

- Ensure a Full Update is sent to all Touch terminals that use the same Keyboard Layout to which the above POS Key was added. Refer HERE for more information.
- Add a new interface to each Touch terminal that is going to need access to Thirsty Camel Hump Club offers. Refer HERE for more information. When added ensure the following:
- The Loyalty System type interface is selected.
- The Thirsty Camel Hump Club option is selected from the Loyalty System drop-down list.
- Ensure the credentials provided by Thirsty Camel Hump Club are entered in the fields provided. Refer HERE for more information.
- Once configured, redemption of Thirsty Camel Hump Club offers can commence. Refer HERE for more information.
- It is recommended that a patron's Thirsty Camel Hump Club membership number (usually their mobile phone number) is entered AFTER all items have been added to the sale, rather than at the beginning of the sale. Only those items currently in the sale at the time the patron's Thirsty Camel Hump Club membership is validated, will they be considered when retrieving the Hump Club offers.
- Generally, once an offer is redeemed by a patron, that offer is no longer available to the patron. Unless, of course it is an ongoing offer. The availability and redeemable frequency of offers are determined at the discretion of Thirsty Camel Hump Club.

To access, select the Add New or Edit button in the Interface List menu option. Used to configure the Touch interface settings for the Thirsty Camel Hump Club interface.
- Loyalty System - Ensure the Thirsty Camel Hump Club option is selected from the drop-down list.
- Base URL - Displays/Enter the URL provided.
- Store ID - Displays/Enter the Store ID provided.
- Auth Key - Displays/Enter the Authentication Key provided.
