This provides information relating to Order Menus and their role in Orderaway, Touchmini and/or 3rd Party Applications.

What Is It?      

A Menu is a collection of Products which are available for ordering by patrons from Location within a Venue.

 


What Is Required?      

Ensure at least one staff member has the appropriate Swiftpos Security Group access to the following Back Office menus:

 


When Is It Used?      

A Menu is used to primarily assist the patrons of a Venue to quickly and easily navigate and locate Products and offerings with the aim of placing an Order.

Order Menus are created using the Swiftpos Keyboard feature, and as such any staff member that has the appropriate permissions to access to this feature, can create Keyboards.
