What Is It?      

A Menu is a collection of Products which are available for ordering by patrons from Location within a Venue.


Why Is It Needed?      

A Menu is used to primarily assist the patrons of a Venue to quickly and easily navigate Products and offerings with the aim of placing an Order.


Who Can Create Them?      

Order Menus are created using the swiftpos Keyboard feature, and as such any staff member that has the appropriate permissions to access to the swiftpos Keyboards menu. See the What is Required? section below for more information.


What Is Required?      

Ensure at least one staff member has the appropriate swiftpos Security Group access to the following Back Office menus:
