This outlines How To Configure And Use Pickup feature in OrderAway.

How Is It Used?      

In OrderAway, do as follows:

  • Place an Order/Sale and then proceed to checkout.
  • Select either the Pickup option.
  • If Schedule Orders is configured, select the Later option to schedule pickup for a time in the future. Refer to How To Schedule Orders for more information.

What To Consider?     

  • When a Venue wishes to notify patrons that their Orders/Purchases can be picked up at various locations within the Venue, then refer to OrderAway's Confirmation tab to configure confirmations specific to a OrderAway Location.


When Is It Used?      

Used when Venues want to offer patrons the ability to pickup their Orders/Purchases from the Venue itself. The benefits to Venues using this feature are:

  • Improved offering for patrons when placing Orders/Sales.
