When a Venue wishes to notify patrons that their Orders/Purchases can be picked up at various locations within the Venue, then refer to Orderaway's Confirmation tab to configure confirmations specific to a Orderaway Location.

When Is It Used? ▲ ▼

Used when Venues want to offer patrons the ability to pickup their Orders/Purchases from the Venue itself. The benefits to Venues using this feature are:

Improved offering for patrons when placing Orders/Sales.

How To Configure Pickup? ▲ ▼

To make use of the Order Again feature, Venues will need to:

Ensure the Pickup option is selected in the Service tab.

How To Use Pickup? ▲ ▼

In Orderaway, do as follows:

Place an Order/Sale and then proceed to checkout.
Select either the Pickup option, or if the Schedule Order option is configured, select the Later option to schedule pickup for a time in the future. Refer HERE for more information.
