Configure Orders
This outlines How To Configure Orders in NOTIFY.

How To Add A Processing Step ▲ ▼
An Order Processing Step can be added to the Orders screen as follows:
- Select the Add button.
- A new Order processing step (column) will be added to the right of the existing processing steps.
- Scroll to the right until the new processing step is located.
- Configure as required by:
- Entering the SMS Sender's name. Normally the name of the Venue or a Location within a Venue.
- Enter a SMS Message patrons will receive via SMS when their Order is bumped/moved to the new step.
- Giving the new step a name. For example, Received, Preparing, Ready, etc.
- Enter the Text (description) of the step Staff will see in the Orders screen.
- Select the Save button to save the changes.
How To Add An Additional Processing Step ▲ ▼
An Additional Order Processing Step can be added to the Orders screen as follows:
- Select the Add button within an Order Processing Step (column).
- A new Additional Order Processing Step (row) will be added to below the existing steps.
- Scroll to down until the new additional step is located.
- Configure as required by selecting a Colour and a entering a Text (description).
- Select the Save button to save the changes.
