Manage Catalogues

This outlines how to manage Catalogues tailored for Events in Back Office and the Events Portal.

Catalogues can be created and maintained using the Back Office Catalogues & Menus menu option.

How To Delete A Catalogue      

  • In the Event Catalogues screen:
    • In the Catalogue section:
      • Select the Catalogue in the grid to be deleted.
      • Select the Delete button.
      • If the selected Catalogue is assigned to any future Sessions, a prompt similar to the one below will be displayed. A Catalogue CANNOT be deleted while it is still assigned to future Sessions.
      • A prompt will be displayed requesting confirmation to continue. Select the appropriate response.
      • If Yes was selected in response to the prompt, select Save to save the changes.
      • The deleted Catalogue will no longer appear in the grid.
