This outlines how to manage Catalogues tailored for Events in Back Office and the Events Portal.
Catalogues can be created and maintained using the Back Office Catalogues & Menus menu option.

How To Add A Catalogue ▲ ▼
- In the Event Catalogues screen:
- In the Catalogue section:
- Select the Add button to add a row to the grid.
- Give the new Catalogue an appropriate name. For example, Family Concert.
- In the Menu/Items/Rules section select the Menu tab and then select the Add button to open the Add Menus to Catalogue screen to add one or more existing Menus to the new Catalogue. Refer to How To Manage Menus for more information.
- Select Save to save the changes.
- In the Catalogue section:
How To Delete A Catalogue ▲ ▼
- In the Event Catalogues screen:
- In the Catalogue section:
- Select the Catalogue in the grid to be deleted.
- Select the Delete button.
- If the selected Catalogue is assigned to any future Sessions, a prompt similar to the one below will be displayed. A Catalogue CANNOT be deleted while it is still assigned to future Sessions.
- A prompt will be displayed requesting confirmation to continue. Select the appropriate response.
- If Yes was selected in response to the prompt, select Save to save the changes.
- The deleted Catalogue will no longer appear in the grid.

- Select the Catalogue in the grid to be edited.
- Do as follows for the columns that contain a:
- To add a Menu to a Catalogue , refer to the Add A Menu To A Catalogue subject for more information.
- To remove a Menu from a Catalogue , refer to the Remove A Menu From A Catalogue subject for more information.
- To change the order in which the Menus will be displayed in the Events Portal, refer to the Change The Display Order Of Menus subject for more information.
- To add a Rule to a Catalogue , refer to the Add A Rule To A Catalogue subject for more information.
- To remove a Rule from a Catalogue , refer to the Remove A Rule From A Catalogue subject for more information.
- If the selected Catalogue is assigned to any future Sessions, a prompt similar to the one below will be displayed. A Catalogue CANNOT be deleted while it is still assigned to future Sessions.
- A prompt will be displayed requesting confirmation to continue. Select the appropriate response.
- If Yes was selected in response to the prompt, select Save to save the changes.
- Select the Catalogue in the grid to be edited.
