What Is Required?

KVS - About

This outlines the requirements that need to be met prior to installing KVS.

 

It is imperative that the following be addressed:

  • Review all the About information before proceeding.
  • A touch screen monitor is available with a minimum resolution of 1024w x 768h pixels.
  • Microsoft .NET Framework - This only needs to be installed if not previously installed. Refer HERE for more information.
  • Swiftpos v10+ is installed and operationa.
  • Venues will need to have a sufficient number of KVS Professional licences included in their registration. One for each KVS Touch screen. Refer HERE for more information.
  • Swiftpos Touch is installed and operational and connected to a Table Tracking database and enabled. Refer HERE for more information.
  • Ensure the KVS is added to the Touch terminal, that has been enabled for Table Tracking, as a Peripheral. Refer HERE for more information.
  • Ensure the Swiftpos Connect and Sales Processing services are running.
