Display Questions In The Events Portal
This outlines how to display Questions in the Event Portals in Events.

When Is This Used? ▲ ▼
This is used when a Venue wants patrons to respond to certain Questions at the time they register their attendance for a Session. Questions posed are fully customisable and aimed to ensure that preparations can be made to ensure the experience patrons have is an enjoyable and an optimal one.
What Is Required? ▲ ▼
- At least one Question Set and it's associated Questions must have already been created. Refer to How To Manage Questions for more information.
How To Display Questions In The Events Portal? ▲ ▼
Once the What Is Required? above has been completed, then:
- In Events in Back Office:
- Select the Events Records menu option.
- Select an Event listed in the grid.
- Once selected, locate the Session to which the Questions to be displayed, will be applied to.
- Then select the Portal Status button associated with the Session to open it's Event Portal Session tab in the Event Portal screen.
- Ensure the Portal Status of the Session is set to either Closed or Preview. This will ensure the Choose Question Set button is enabled. Select Save if a change was made to the Portal Status.
- Select the Choose Question Set button to open the Choose Question Set for Session prompt and select a Question Set from the list of available Question Sets . Refer to How To Create A Question Sets for more information.
- Select Save to save the selection.
- Once a Question Set has been selected and the Portal Status is set to Attendance, then when the Session is displayed in the Portal, It will display with an RSVP! button enabled, if the patron has NOT as yet registered their attendance. Otherwise, it will display with the text Attending.
