      This outlines How To Configure For Allergens in KVS.

      How To Configure For Allergens      ▲ ▼

      To configure KVS for Allergens, the following will need to be considered for:

      • Declared Allergens - In the Appearance tab, consider selecting the Detected Allergens option in the Show section to ensure Allergens are displayed with the Prefixed With value configured.
      • Detected Allergens - In the Colours tab, consider the option of setting the Custom > Detected Allergens colour in the Items section on the right.

      What Is Required?      ▲ ▼

      • All possible Allergens contained in drink/food products served at a Venue, will need to be Identified and added. Refer HERE for more information.
      • All Products containing Allergens and available to be ordered, will need to have their Allergens declared against them. Refer HERE for more information.
      • At Touch, Allergens will need to be declared. Refer HERE for more information.
