How To Open A Message?      ▲ ▼

In Back Office:

• Open the Messages screen.
• Using the filters in the header section, locate and select the message to be opened.
• Select the Open option in the footer section to open the Message screen.
• The selected message will be displayed.
• Select Close to exit the screen.
