TouchMini v2 - Venue Manager Menus

To access select the Devices option from the TouchMini menu in Venue Manager. Refer HERE for more information.

TouchMini Devices Section ▲ ▼
GridThe grid displays a list of the devices currently available, along with the following:
- Device Name - Displays the names of the Devices currently registered, as well as the Default Configuration.
- Default Configuration - Select to configure/view the settings for the current default configuration. This is by default always listed and once configured, it can then be cloned to the other devices registered in the same Location.
- Registered Devices - Displays/Select the Device name to access/configure/view it's Configuration Tabs. All devices currently registered for the Venue's selected Location are listed under the Default Configuration entry. These can include one of the following types:
- All In One Device
- Tablet/Mobile
- Kiosk
Notes ...
The name can ONLY be selected once the device has been enabled.
- Registration Number - Displays the registration number currently assigned to the device. This may be useful information that maybe requested by Support when troubleshooting issues. Refer to HERE for more information.
- Layout ID - Displays the ID of the Keyboard Layout that will be used as the Home menu.
- Terminal ID (BETA) - Displays the Terminal ID assigned to the device. A Terminal ID is assigned when the device is enabled. Refer to HERE for more information.
Notes ...
If a device is listed with NO Terminal ID displayed, the device will need to be Re-Enabled to ensure a Terminal ID is assigned to it. Refer to HERE for more information.
- Sales Location - Displays the current Location in which sales will be recorded against.
Notes ...
The value displayed here will only be different to the Devices default Location, if the Device has been transferred to a different Location. Refer HERE for more information.
- Emulate - To be continued ...
- Delete - Select to delete the selected device. Once deleted the device will no longer be registered and the license it used will be available to register another device. Refer to HERE for more information.
Notes ...
A device deleted here does NOT mean it is also automatically deleted in Terminal Records in Back Office. If this is required, then it will need to also be deleted in Terminal Records.
- Enable/Disable - Select to either enable/disable the device. Refer to HERE for more information.
License Information Section ▲ ▼
- Customer - Displays the Company Name and Customer Number of the Venue's current swiftpos Registration.
- Expires - Displays the expiry date of the current TouchMini licenses.
- Licenses - Displays the total number of TouchMini licenses the Venue is currently licensed for. That is, the maximum number of devices that can be enabled at anyone time.
Notes ...
Any number of TouchMini devices can be registered. However, the number of devices that can be enabled for use at any one time, is dependent on the number of TouchMini devices the Venue is licenced for. If more licences are required, please email registrations@swiftpos.com.au.
- Customer Devices Registered - Displays the total number of TouchMini device licenses that are currently registered. That is the number of devices listed in grid above.
- Total In Use By XXXXXXXXXXXX (YYYYYY) - Displays the total number of TouchMini device licenses that are currently in use by the selected Cloud Client. Where, XXXXXXXXXXXX is the name of the Venue's Cloud Client and YYYYYY is the Cloud Client ID.
- Total Available - Displays the total number of TouchMini device licenses that are currently available for use. That is, the number available for new devices to be registered.

It is used to:
- Access a Device's Configuration Tabs to manage/view it's current configuration. Refer HERE for more information.
- Access the Default Configuration to manage/view it's configuration. Refer HERE for more information.
- View the currently licenced Devices.
- View Licence Information.
