How To Access The Configuration Tabs? ▲ ▼
Access to the Touchmini Configuration tabs can be done in either:
Back Office ▲ ▼
Swiftpos Back Office integrates with Venue Manager, offering Venues the ability to manage and configure their Cloud applications via the Venue Manager portal from within Back Office. to access this portal, do as follows:
- Select the Cloud Connectivity option from the Administration menu.
- Once the Cloud Connectivity screen is displayed, select any one of the listed Cloud Client IDs, to open the Venue Manager portal from within Back Office.
- Ensure the selected Cloud Client is displayed in the drop-down list.
- Select the TouchMini menu and then select the Devices option from the Touchmini menu.
- Once the Touchmini Devices screen is displayed, select the name of any one of the devices listed, to access it's Configuration tabs.

Do as follows:
- Access Venue Manager. Refer HERE for more information.
- Once Venue Manager has been accessed, ensure the correct Cloud Client is selected in the drop-down list.
- Select the TouchMini menu and then select the Devices option from the Touchmini menu.
- Once the Touchmini Devices screen is displayed, select the name of any one of the devices listed, to access it's Configuration tabs.
