Reset All Available Servings

This outlines How To Reset All Available Servings using the Reset All Available Servings (#69) POS Key in conjunction with the Set Default Available Servings (#71) POS Key in Touch.

Used to reset the available servings of all items/products that have the Check Available Servings option enabled. When selected, a check will be done to confirm if an item/product has a default available servings count set against it. If so, then that count will be used to reset the available servings number to that count. If not, then the available servings count will be reset to zero. To reset All available servings to their default or to zero (where no default has been set), do as follows:

  • Ensure that for all items/products that have the Check Available Servings option selected, also have a default available servings count set where appropriate. Refer HERE for more information.
  • Select the Reset All Available Servings POS Key.
  • At the confirmation prompt select the Yes option to proceed.
  • All available servings counts will be reset.
