This outlines How To Recall An Order / Sale in Touch using the Hold/Recall (#20) POS Key. Refer HERE for how to hold an order/sale.

When Is It Used?      ▲ ▼

Used to recall an order/sale that was previously held.

 

How To?      ▲ ▼

In Touch:

  • Select the Hold/Recall (#20) POS Key.
  • The All Held Sales screen will be displayed listing all the orders/sales currently on hold.
  • The Held sales counter displayed in the Status Bar will be decremented by 1.
  • The order/sale will be displayed in the sales grid.
  • The order/sale can be completed and finalised.
