When Is It Used? ▲ ▼
Useful for example, for fast food outlets where a bain marie is in use and where the Automatic Printing option is NOT selected. For example, when an order/sale is placed for spring rolls and there are not enough in the bain marie to complete the order/sale.
How To Print Unprinted Kitchen Docket Items? ▲ ▼
- An order/sale of 10 spring rolls is required. Only 5 spring rolls are currently available in the bain marie.
- Sell 5 spring rolls and hold the order/sale. A Kitchen docket is not printed.
- Recall the order/sale and add another 5 spring rolls to the order/sale.
- Select the Kitchen Print (#15) POS Key (with the Print Only Unprinted Items option selected). A Kitchen Docket is printed for the 5 spring rolls to be made in the Kitchen.
- Finalise the order/sale.
