Touch - How To
This outlines How To Hold An Order / Sale in Touch using the Hold/Recall (#20) POS Key. Refer HERE for how to recall an order/sale.
How To? ▲ ▼
In Touch:
- Place an order/sale.
- Select the Hold/Recall (#20) POS Key.
- The Held sales counter displayed in the Status Bar will be incremented by 1.
- The order/sale will also be sent to Back Office. Be aware, they will show with a Sale Total of zero dollars.
- Touch operators can now continue with other orders/sales.
