• Select the Check Balance (Redeem/Check Balance Gift Cards (#242)) POS Key.
• When the Gift Card - Check Balance screen is displayed, scan/swipe or enter the Gift Card Number and the PIN.
• The Gift Card's current balance should be displayed.

What Is Required?      ▲ ▼

• Ensure the Redeem/Check Balance Gift Card (#242) POS Key is added to the appropriate Keyboard Layout via the Designer and the More Settings button:
  • Ensure it is given an appropriate Caption. For example, Check Balance.
  • Ensure it has the appropriate Interface selected.
  • Ensure a Media is NOT selected and the default << Select >> option is displaying.
