- Charge The Full Sale Amount To An Account?

How To Charge The Full Sale Amount To An Account? ▲ ▼
- In Touch, add a Customer/Member to an order/sale.
- Sell some items/products.
- Select the Account Charge (#90) POS Key.
- The Customer/Member's Account balance will be decreased by the total amount of the order/sale.
How To Charge A Portion Of The Sale Amount To An Account? ▲ ▼
- In Touch, add a Customer/Member to an order/sale.
- Sell some items/products.
- Enter the amount to be charged to the Customer/Member's Account and select the Account Charge (#90) POS Key.
- Finalise the remaining amount owing using another Finalise POS Keys.
Notes ...
If the Purchase Order Required at Touch POS, Odometer Required at Touch POS and/or the Rego Required at Touch POS options are selected for the Customer/Member's Account in the Back Office, then a prompt will be displayed requesting the entry of the required details.
- The Customer/Member's Account balance will be decreased by the amount charged to their Account.
