Reorder Table Items (#110)

This provides an overview of the Reorder Table Items (#110) POS Key. Refer HERE for more information.

What Is Required? ▲ ▼
- Swiftpos v10+
- Ensure this POS Key is added to the appropriate Keyboard Layout using the Designer. Refer HERE for more information.
What To Consider? ▲ ▼
- If required, access to this POS Key can be restricted by the Clerk Security feature.
When Is It Used? ▲ ▼
Used to re-order items that were previously saved to a Table. Most frequently used to re-order drinks previously ordered at a Table.

How To GET STARTED? ▲ ▼
- Review About and ensure the steps outlined HERE are addressed.
- In Keyboard Designer, select the Reorder Table Items (#110) POS Key that has been added to a Layout.
- Ensure it is given an appropriate Caption. For example, Re-Order Table Items.
- Select the More Settings option to display the Settings screen.
- Configure the POS Key by selecting the options available HERE.
- Once configured, ensure a Full Update is sent to all the Touch terminals that will be using the POS Key. Refer HERE for more information.

Re-Order Items Screen ▲ ▼

No Seat Assigned Section
Lists the items previously ordered for a Table that were NOT assigned to a specific seat.
- Down/Up - Select to navigate down/up the list of items. These options are only enabled when the number of items listed exceeds the number that can be displayed in the No Seat Assigned section.
- Subtotal - Displays the total of the items displayed in the No Seat Assigned section.
Seats Sections
Lists the items previously ordered for a Table that were assigned to specific seats.
- Down/Up - Select to navigate down/up the list of items. These options are only enabled when the number of items listed exceeds the number that can be displayed in a Seat section.
- Subtotal - Displays the total of the items displayed in a Seat section.
Footer Section
- Clear Selection - Select to ensure all selected items are unselected.
- Select All - Select to ensure all items are selected.
- Ok - Select to re-order the selected items.
- Cancel - Select to exit the screen without re-ordering any items.
- <</>> - Select to navigate left/right though the list of Seats. These options are only enabled when the number of seats listed exceeds the 4.

Used to select one or more Product Categories to limit the Table Items/Products that can be re-ordered using the Reorder Table Items (#110) POS Key.
Category List Section
List the available Categories of Products that can be selected.
Selected Categories Section
List the Categories of Products that have been selected.
