This provides an overview of the Floor Plan Designer (#401) POS Key in Touch.

What Is It Used For?      

This POS Key is used to access the Floor Plan Designer feature that is available in Back Office, also from Touch.


To Be Considered      

  • If required, access to this POS Key can be restricted by the Clerk Security feature.


What Is Required?      


How Is It Used?      

To access the Floor Plan Designer feature from Touch, do as follows:

  • Select the Floor Plan Designer (#401) POS Key.
  • Once selected the Connect to Server screen will be displayed to establish a connection to the Table Tracking SQL Server.
  • Ensure the Table Tracking connection details are correct.
  • Select the Connect button to establish a connection.
  • Once connected, the Floor Plans screen will be displayed.
  • Select the Open option from the Floor Plans menu and select a Floor Plan from the Floor Plans search screen.

Notes...



If no Floor Plans are listed in the Floor Plans search screen, then it is more than likely that a Floor Plan has NOT been assigned to the same Location as that of the Touch terminal . This will need to be done in Back Office first, and a Full Update sent to Touch.
