Notify is a notification management tool that is used in conjunction with OrderAway. Support for TouchMini is coming soon. It is designed to allow Venues to:

  • To quickly enable/disable the access patrons/staff have to place Orders via OrderAway.
  • To manage individual Orders by bumping/moving them to the NEXT Order processing step, and in turn provide patrons with live feedback on the progression of their Orders. SMS notifications are optional.
  • To set expected wait times that will then display as a banner in OrderAway so that it is visible to patrons/staff when placing/submitting Orders.

What Is It?      

Notify is a notification management tool that is used alongside OrderAway, and assists Venues in managing Orders and their SMS update notifications to patrons/staff.

 


Why Is It Needed?      

Access Management - Manage the access patrons have to placing/submitting Orders.

Wait Time Management - Venues will be able configure Order Wait Times and thus ensure patrons are notified accordingly.

Order Processing Management - Manage individual Orders and in doing so notify patrons of the progression of their Orders.

SwiftPOS v10.37+

 


Who Can Use It?      

Notify can be implemented in any swiftpos Venue that is currently using OrderAway.

 


How Is It Used?      

Notify can be implemented at a Venue by following the steps outlined in GET STARTED.
Once implemented and configured Notify can now be operated in the Venue.
