This provides information about Cloud Back Office.

  • The Venue wanting to access Cloud Back Office must comply with the following:
    • Have at a minimum a Swiftpos v10.37+ installed.
    • Have a current Swiftpos registration with the following requested:
      • Cloud Data Sync enabled.
      • The appropriate Cloud Back Office modules selected. These currently are:
        • Dashboard
        • Heatmap
        • QuickView
        • Reports
      • The number of designated users (Clerks/Staff) that will have access to Cloud Back Office, must be provided.
    • Must be Cloud onboarded. Refer HERE for more information.

If the Cloud onboarding process fails, then first ensure the above requirements have been met before contacting Swiftpos Support.

 

  • The Clerks/Staff that will be accessing Cloud Back Office will need to comply with the requirements outlined HERE.
