• The Message Service must be running.

What To Consider?      ▲ ▼

• Messages received cannot be deleted by the recipient.
• Messages can only be deleted in Back Office using the Messages option in the Device Settings menu.
• To remove messages from appearing in the grid of the Messages screen, select the message and select Hide at the bottom of the screen.

How To Delete A Message?      ▲ ▼

In Back Office:

• Open the Messages screen.
• Ensure the Sent Items option is SELECTED in the Message Type drop-down list.
• Using the filters in the header section, locate and select the message to be deleted.
• Select the Delete option in the footer section.
• A confirmation prompt will be displayed.
• Select Yes.
• The message will be deleted.
