This issue may arise as a result of one of the following:

• The patron attempting to login to the Venue's OrderAway Web App as a Member:
  • Has entered the WRONG login credentials.
    • Action To Be Taken
      • Enter the correct credentials and try again.
  • IS NOT registered with the Venue.
    • Action To Be Taken
      • The patron is advised to contact the Venue to register as a Member.
