Cause      

This issue may arise as a result of one of the following:

  • When the Venue's Login Password Reset Email and Password Reset SMS Number settings are:
    • BOTH CONFIGURED correctly, and:
      • The Member attempting to reset their password via the Venue's OrderAway Web App, does NOT have:
        • An Email address registered with the Venue.
          • Action To Be Taken
            • The Member is advised to contact the Venue to ensure their credentials are updated with their current Email address.
      • The Member attempting to reset their password via the Venue's OrderAway Web App, does NOT have:
        • A Mobile number registered with the Venue.
          • Action To Be Taken
            • The Member is advised to contact the Venue to ensure their credentials are updated with their current Mobile phone number.
    • ONLY the Password Reset Email setting is CONFIGURED correctly, and:

    • ONLY the Password Reset SMS Number setting is CONFIGURED correctly, and:

    • BOTH are NOT CONFIGURED correctly, and:
