Menus

Events


This provides an overview of the Events menu in Venue Manager.

The content is targeted at Resellers and swiftpos Venue Administrators who have a sound knowledge of and experience with swiftpos. For further information or assistance, please contact your swiftpos Reseller or swiftpos Support.

DO NOT FORGET to select the Save/Update button to ensure all changes made are saved.


Menu Options      


Settings      


Accessed from HERE and used to configure the Events Portal.

Select the Settings menu option to expand it, in order to access one of the following tabs:

General Tab      


Accessed from HERE and used to enable the Event Portal and access its URL.

  • URL - Displays the URL to access the Venue's Events Portal.
  • Copy URL - Select to copy the URL to the clipboard.
  • Open URL - Select to open the URL in a new tab in the browser.

Appearance Tab      


Accessed from HERE and used to configure the appearance of the Events Portal.

  • Title - Displays/Enter a title for the Events Portal.

Notes...



The Title will only be displayed if there is no Banner image of Company Logo configured.

Colours Section      

Select from the colour options available to adjust colours as required for:

  • Major Headings
  • Minor Headings
  • Text
  • General Theme
  • Event Session Title

Images Section      
  • Banner - Select to locate and upload the image for the Banner.
  • Company Logo - Select to locate and upload the image for the Company Logo.
  • Event & Event Sessions - Select to locate and upload the image for the Event and Event Sessions.

Notes...



The maximum files size for all images is 15mb. The types of images files supported are .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg and .png.
