View Device Information
TouchMini - How To
This outlines How To View Device Information in TouchMini.
Information that can be viewed is Device ID, Name, Server, Client ID, etc. The information provided maybe of relevance and requested by a support consultant when troubleshooting an issue.

How To View Device Information? ▲ ▼
Do as follows:
- Select the Settings menu option at the top of the screen.
- Once selected the device information similar to that shown in the screen below will be displayed.
- Refund Mode - Select to ensure the TouchMini device is placed into Refund Mode. Refer to How To Refund An Order/Sale for more information.
- Clear Cache - Select to ensure the browser's cache is cleared to ensure the most current version of the device's configuration is loaded. That is, the most recent changes to the device's configuration are loaded.
- Reset Device - Select to ensure the device is reset. This means the device will need to be re-registered and enabled before it can be used again. Once selected the following prompt will be displayed.
- No - Select to not proceed and return to the Default Layout ID to display (Home menu).
- Yes - Select to proceed and reset the device. To continue, follow the steps outlined in the How To Register A Device.
