• In Back Office:
  • Ensure the Venue's address is recorded against the Location HERE.
  • Or alternatively, in Keyboard Designer, ensure the Google Maps (#77) POS Key is added to a Layout and an address is entered in the Starting Address field.

 

How To Show Directions For A Customer's/Member's Address?      ▲ ▼

 The directions to a Customer's/Member's address can be displayed in Touch as follows:

• Add a Customer/Member to an order/sale that has address details recorded in Back Office. Refer HERE for more information.
• Once the Customer/Member appears in the sales grid, select the Google Maps (#77) POS Key to open Google maps in a browser.
