Touch - How To

This outlines How To Refund An Item / Product using the Refund Mode (#1003) POS Key in Touch.

 

How To?      

In Touch, do as follows:

  • Select the Refund Mode (#1003) POS Key.
  • The sales grid will be displayed with a red background, depicting the sale / order is now in refund mode.
  • Add the item/product to the sales grid that needs to be refunded.
  • Complete the sale.

Notes ...

 

When selected the Refund Mode POS Key the sales grid's background is displayed in red. Once the Refund is finalised the sales grid returns to it normal background colour.
