    To Be Considered      

    • It is recommend that a patron's Thirsty Camel Hump Club membership number (usually their mobile phone number) is entered AFTER all items have been added to the sale, rather than at the beginning of the sale. Only those items currently in the sale at the time the patron's Thirsty Camel Hump Club membership is validated, will they be considered when retrieving the Hump Club offers.


    How To Redeem A Thirsty Camel Hump Club Offer?      

    Do as follows:

    • Add items to a sale.
    • Select the specifically configured Customer (#102) POS Key.
    • In the Customer Search screen, enter the patron's Thirsty Camel Hump Club membership number (usually their mobile phone number) to validate they are a member of the Hump Club and to retrieve any offers available to them.

    A custom Customer (#102) POS Key must be configured to specifically interface with the swiftpos Thirsty Camel Hump Club interface. Refer How To Configure Touch For The Thirsty Camel Hump Club Interface? for more information.

    • Once validated, the details retrieved will displayed in the grid of the Customer Search screen. For example:

    If the patron's Thirsty Camel Hump Club membership number is NOT validated, then the following will be displayed.



    • If any of the items previously added to the sale currently attract an offer, these will appear in the Thirsty Camel Hump Club Offers screen.

    If there are NO offers currently available to the patron's Thirsty Camel Hump Club membership, then the following will be displayed:

    The above will also be displayed if the Customer (#102) POS Key is selected BEFORE any items are added to the sale. Once Items have been added to the sale, the Customer (#102) POS Key will need to be selected again in order to retrieve any offers available to the patron. This will result in the following prompt being displayed. Select Yes to continue to retrieve the offers available to the patron.



    • If the patron decides to redeem one of the offers listed, then select the Apply button opposite the chosen offer.
    • Once selected the selected offer will be highlighted. Confirm the correct offer has been selected and select OK to apply it to the sale.
    • The total amount of the sale will be reduced by the Discount Value of the offer selected.
    • Complete/Finalise the sale.


    What Are The Limitations?      

    • Generally, once an offer is redeemed by a patron, that offer is no longer available to the patron. Unless, of course it is an ongoing offer. The availability and redeemable frequency of offers are determined at the discretion of Thirsty Camel Hump Club.
