How To Mark A Message As Read? ▲ ▼
In Touch:
- Select the Open Messages (#150) POS Key to open the Messages screen.
- Ensure the Inbox option is SELECTED in the drop-down list in the header section.
- Using the filters in the header section, locate and select the unread message to be marked as read.

Messages that appear in bold font in the grid of the Messages screen are messages that have not been read or have been marked as unread.
- Select the Mark as Read option in the footer section.
- The message will be marked as read and appear in normal font in the grid.
