In Touch:

• Select the Open Messages (#150) POS Key to open the Messages screen.
• Ensure the Inbox option is SELECTED in the drop-down list in the header section.
• Using the filters in the header section, locate and select the message to be hidden.
• Select the Hide option in the footer section.
• The message will be removed from the grid and moved to the Hidden Items folder.

How To Unhide A Message?      ▲ ▼

In Touch:

• Select the Open Messages (#150) POS Key to open the Messages screen.
• Ensure the Hidden Items option is SELECTED in the drop-down list in the header section.
• Using the filters in the header section, locate and select the message to be unhidden.
• Select the Unhide option in the footer section.
• The message will be removed from the grid and moved to the Inbox folder.
