What Is Required? ▲ ▼
- Ensure the Downsize (#850) POS Key has been added to the appropriate Keyboard Layout using the Designer. Refer to HERE for more information.
How To Downsize A Combo Item? ▲ ▼
In Touch, do as follows:
- Order/Sell a Combo. Refer to HERE for more information.
- Select one of the Items listed in the sales grid. For example, Fries Small.
- Select the Downsize (#850) POS Key.
- The following prompt will be displayed as there is no smaller size of the Fries than the Fries Small available:
- Select one of the Items listed in the sales grid. For example, Coke Large,
- Select the Downsize (#850) POS Key.
- The sales grid will now display the Coke Large downsized to a Coke Medium and the Combo Price of $1.00 added to the Subtotal.
- Complete the Order/Sale.
