Touch - How To
Used to order/sell an item/product with an open price. That is, the price is entered in Touch when the item/product is added to the sales grid.

How To Configure An Item / Product With An Open Price? ▲ ▼
To configure an item/product to be sold with an open price, do as follows:
In Back Office:
- Locate the item/product or create a new item/product using the Product Records menu option.
- Edit the item/product to open the Product Full Edit screen.
- Right select the appropriate price in the Price column and select the Set as Open Price option.
How To Order/Sell An Item / Product With An Open Price? ▲ ▼
In Touch:
- Search for the open priced item/product configured above.
- Add it to the sales grid.
- A prompt will be displayed for a price to be entered. Enter the price.
- Complete the order/sale.
